American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor with an active MA license and AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications for a hospital-based leadership role.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a hospital environment supporting an island community with a year-round and seasonal population
- Position is in the Nurse Supervisors unit
- Rotating shifts with 36 hours per week
- Assumes hospital-wide oversight and provides onsite administrative support after hours
- Documentation is completed using Epic EMR
- Position provides leadership, guidance, and supports excellence in care across the patient continuum
- Onsite shared housing is provided at no cost to the employee
- RTO must be provided at the time of consideration
- Two professional references are required
- Compliance with scrub and dress code as directed by the unit
- First time travelers will be considered

- Active RN license in Massachusetts, no conditional licenses accepted
- Minimum 1 year of nursing supervision or related experience required
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Proof of MA RN license must be provided at the time of consideration
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed
