-$135,000 - $160,000 annually & DOE . . .
We are a seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and directs every aspect of assigned programs in close coordination with Principal Investigators and System Engineering. Responsible for overall customer service management with government clients for complex system deliverables.

What You'll Do:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver engineering and IRAD projects on time and within scope.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting with precision.
- Facilitate regular meetings to align stakeholders and ensure transparency.
- Oversee scope, change control, and documentation to meet technical and contractual goals.
- - Hold regular project meetings
- - Get reports out on time
- - Prepare and update Gantt charts
- - Make slides for customer meetings
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ + years in program/project management (technical or engineering environment preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project tracking tools.
- Familiarity with technical systems and a passion for innovation.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with highly regulated complex systems/products.
- Background in engineering, defense, or high-tech industries.
