Job DescriptionOur skilled nursing facility is currently seeking a Nursing Home Scheduler to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. Job Description: As a Nursing Home Scheduler, you will: 
<ul>
<li>Ensure all employees are entered into the facilities scheduling system</li>
<li>Ensure each full and part time employee has a set schedule that is followed</li>
<li>Communicate with employees for open shifts as they become available.</li>
<li>Effectively and economically fill shifts to ensure coverage for the facility that is fair to the employees and employer.</li>
<li>Answering Phones &amp; Dealing with Callers</li>
<li>Tracking Attendance &amp; Lateness</li>
<li>Processing mail and emails</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in Nurse Scheduling preferred </li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and work in an everchanging environment</li>
<li>Possess organizational skills and ability to be flexible</li>
