Job Summary:
We are continuously hiring Bakers to join our team. Qualified candidates may start immediately. In this role, you will prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods while ensuring quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve desired results
- Assist with inventory, storage, and rotation of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous baking or culinary experience preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
