This position reports to Exosome Diagnostics, Inc., an mdxhealth company. The Supervisor, Accessioning is responsible for the direct oversight of day-to-day operations of the Accessioning Laboratory in accordance with CLIA, CAP and New York state regulations. This role is responsible for the planning, execution, coordination, evaluation, and supervision of all operational activities and personnel for the Accessioning team to include all commercial diagnostic samples.
- Position is onsite in Waltham, MA
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience working in a biotech or healthcare.
- Previous medical or production experience is a plus.
- Clinical laboratory experience or related work environment preferred.
- Prior experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) a plus.
- Hiring salary range: $72,000 to $90,000. The actual annual salary will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
