&nbsp;Job SummaryWe are seeking a Behavioral Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans, who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you!&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Schedule from 4:30PM to 8PM in Boston, MA</li>
<li>Perform intakes and assessments</li>
<li>Create individualized treatment plans for each client</li>
<li>Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan</li>
<li>Perform regular wellness checks</li>
<li>Adhere to all facility and licensing standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred ( 1to 5 years)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Highly organized</li>
<li>Able to communicate with Family and Supervisors efficiently.&nbsp;</li>
