Job DescriptionAdecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Quality Inspectors for both 1st and 2nd shift. These are temp-to-hire opportunities!
Position: Quality Inspector
Pay:
• 1st Shift: $20.00–$23.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: $24.00–$26.00/hour
Shift Schedule:
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with CNC manufacturing experience to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for inspecting machined components, ensuring all parts meet internal and customer quality specifications using a variety of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of machined components
- Use precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and CMMs
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications, including GD&T
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of measurements and quality reports
- Identify non-conforming parts, report issues, and assist in root cause investigations
- Work closely with machine operators and engineers to ensure product conformance and process improvements
- Support calibration of inspection equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
- Proficient in using a wide range of precision measurement tools
- Familiar with CMM operation and/or programming (preferred but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience inspecting tight-tolerance parts in aerospace, medical, or defense industries
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality standards
- Experience supporting continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams

Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
