Residential Counselor
Location: Court Street, Brockton
Hours: 40hrs - Sat & Sun: 7a-3p; Wed-Fri: 3p-11p
Salary Range: $20–$23/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct care and support to persons served in a residential setting
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Implement Individualized Action Plans (IAPs) and behavioral objectives
• Administer and supervise medications per MAP guidelines
• Facilitate community integration through activities and outings
• Maintain accurate documentation including service notes and medication records
• Ensure a safe and clean living environment
• Participate in team meetings and trainings as required
• Act as an advocate and role model for persons served

What You Bring:

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health or developmental disabilities preferred
    Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks
  • Basic computer literacy for documentation
