Healthy Aging Physical Therapy is an outpatient-at-home practice specializing in the care of older adults, individuals with Parkinson’s disease, and people with complex medical needs. We deliver expert, personalized physical therapy, occupational therapy, and wellness services directly in our patients’ homes - removing barriers to access and elevating the standard of care for aging adults. Position: Outpatient-At-Home Occupational Therapist
Location: Our current service areas include Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge, Danvers, Lynnfield, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Middleton, North Reading, Peabody, Reading, Saugus, Somerville, Stoneham, Wakefield, Winchester, and Woburn, Massachusetts.
Please Note: Clinicians typically cover 2–4 towns closest to their home base to support efficiency and work–life balance. Our highest-need locations at this time include Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Malden, Saugus, Stoneham and Wakefield.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Licensed for your role in the state of Massachusetts.
- 2-3 years of experience in outpatient therapy, home health, skilled rehab, or acute rehab.
- Passionate about working with older adults and their families.
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Salary
- $60 Per Visit or $38 - $45 per hour
