Job Details
• Requesting 1/20 start.
• Can contract for standard 13-weeks but also open to 20 week travelers.
• Requesting travelers for 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation.
• Plan to try each traveler on evenings; if needs aligned with skills, evenings will be primary shift.
• Scheduled for days when otherwise not needed on evenings.
• Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract.
• Includes at least 2 short calls each 4 week schedule and weekends.
• Shifts for 4x10 on evenings: 1p-11p.
• Shifts for 4x10 on days: 7a-5:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-7:30p W.
• For 4x10 weekends: 12 hour shifts and 8 or 10 hour shifts during same week to meet contracted hours.
• Shifts for 4x12 on evenings: 11a-11p.
• Shifts for 4x12 on days: 7a-7:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-9:30p W.
• Must have Level 1 Trauma experience or experience working in high capacity hospitals.

Job Requirements
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification (NBSTSA or NCCT only) required.

Schedule Information
• 4x10 or 4x12 Day/Evening rotation.
• Includes 2 weeks of nights per contract.

• 4x10 evening shifts: 1p-11p.
• 4x10 day shifts: 7a-5:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-7:30p W.

• 4x12 evening shifts: 11a-11p.
• 4x12 day shifts: 7a-7:30p M,T,Th,F; 9a-9:30p W.

Unit Specific Information
• Must have Level 1 Trauma experience or experience working in high capacity hospitals.

Additional Details
• MGB Badge Photo required for onboarding: color photo taken in past 6 months, no selfies, no filters, plain background, symmetrical headshot, no eyeglasses.
• License/Certificate Verification required for onboarding: Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
• Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days to start date and updated annually; no onsite fit testing; must use MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form.
• MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required.
• Influenza Vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30); no exemptions or waivers accepted.
• TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission.
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required for skill.
• MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in skillset, required for submission.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• MGB Education Verification through background check company required for onboarding.
• MGB SSN Trace required for onboarding.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
• MGB TB Symptom Survey if Positive PPD is optional but recommended.
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission.
