Job Description

Job Summary

Hiring for position starting this fall!

The Stable is an athletic performance center with a baseball niche that has clients ranging from as young as 11 all the way to the Major Leagues.

We’re hiring a coach who’s ready to grow within a performance-driven environment. This role is for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in a team atmosphere, and is ready to take initiative as we continue to expand.

I am looking for somebody to build out and take ownership of our youth development program (generally athletes age 15 and under).

This is for someone who:

  • Has a background or strong interest in athletic performance, strength & conditioning, or sports science
  • Is dependable, coachable, and hungry to learn
  • Thrives in a culture built on accountability, growth, and getting results
  • Wants to contribute meaningfully to the direction and growth of a business
  • Is a good role model

What you get:

  • Competitive pay
  • Direct mentorship and hands-on education in modern performance training
  • Real opportunity to grow with a business that values initiative and execution
  • A serious, supportive, and energizing culture

The ideal candidate would either have a background in baseball OR in another sport that they feel they can tap into and expand our reach.

This isn’t a side gig — it’s the kind of opportunity that gives back what you put in. My previous employee grew from a novice coach to receiving a full-time position at Clemson. If you're ready to build, learn, and lead, we want to hear from you!

Non summer hours are 3-8:30 M, T, W, Th; 3-7 F; 9-1 Sat. Summer hours are 8:30-2 M, T, W, Th, F; 8-12 Sat.

Bonus:

A background in baseball can come with coaching opportunities that would increase income.

Experience within other sports that can be tapped into can also result in increased income.
