Automotive Store Manager

Goodyear Auto Service – Bellingham, MA
$75,000 – $90,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
(Transitioning to 7:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Goodyear is seeking a proven Automotive Store Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and develop a strong team of technicians and service advisors.

This role requires hands-on automotive management experience. Retail-only backgrounds will not be considered.

What You’ll Lead:

Full P&L responsibility
Sales growth and car count performance
Technician productivity and workflow
Customer satisfaction and retention
Staffing, coaching, and accountability
Safety and operational compliance

Required Qualifications:

Automotive management experience (Service Manager, Store Manager, or Shop Manager)
Experience leading technicians and service advisors
Strong sales and performance management background
Valid driver’s license
18+ years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
