Outpatient Physical Therapist position at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
Shared housing is available with restrictions: no guests or pets, and must have own transportation.
Current flu vaccine is required.

Professional license and/or certification verification required within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30), no exemptions allowed.
Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months.
Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if break >6 months.
MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if break >6 months.
MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state.
MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
Two recent references, minimum one supervisor or above, in skillset.
MGB Education Verification through background check company.
MGB SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years.
MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if fit test required.

MGB MVH Housing Agreement required only if moving into shared MVH housing.
Hepatitis B vaccination strongly preferred but optional.
Tdap vaccine preferred within 10 years and updated upon expiration.
Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation.
MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
