Job Overview
Family Nurse Practitioners provide evidence-based primary and family care to patients while working collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team. The role focuses on assessment, diagnosis, treatment, chronic condition management, health counseling, and improving patient outcomes.
Key Job Duties
- Deliver primary and family care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-ups
- Manage patient appointments, routine exams, and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyles, and chronic disease management
Experience & Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Current National Board Certification and active state Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 1 year of recent primary care experience preferred (or completion of employer-provided primary care training)
