Clinician CLDS
Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hrs
Salary Range: $76,950.00-$81,000.00

What You’ll Do:
Provide clinical oversight and direct support to persons served and the staff who serve them in community-based settings. You will be a clinical leader on the road, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Travel to BAMSI homes and day habilitation programs to provide clinical supervision, crisis response, training and support.
- Oversee intake, assessments, and the development of individualized, strengths-based treatment plans.
- Facilitate Home Based Action team meetings
- Respond to and support staff through crises and traumatic incidents.
- Act as a liaison with families, state agencies and community resources to coordinate care.
What You Bring:
- Licensure: Current independent Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience: Experience working clinically with individuals with complex behavioral and emotional needs. Experience with young adults is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and clinical supervision skills.
- Ability to respond calmly and effectively to crises.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively to community sites.
