By joining the Communities for People team, we will help you gain professional experience and exposure to the Massachusetts child welfare system. Communities for People (CFP) is a non-profit agency serving youth and families through community-based programs and services. You will be instrumental in helping youth and families achieve permanency, independence and integration into the community. EOE
Bonus. Qualified candidates can earn up to $2000!!!
- $500 upon completion of 90 Introductory period
- $500 on 6-month anniversary
- $1000 on your 1 Year Anniversary.
Salary structure: Range is based on qualifications and experience.
Master's Level: $65,000-$70,000

Family Centered Treatment Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Utilize an evidence-based model to engage and facilitate weekly individual/family sessions
- Provide on-call crisis support for assigned families
- Provide the services with a variance of days/hours designed to respond to the client/family needs/schedule
- Caseloads of (4-6) with a minimum of at least 2 multi hour sessions weekly
- Timely attendance at all team meetings
- Provide transportation to scheduled appointments, as needed
- Promptly submit all required reports and documentation
Family Centered Treatment Practitioner Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Services with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required
- Strong report writing
- Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
- Culturally Responsive
- Knowledge of state's human service network
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
