Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee the implementation of custom software solutions for a healthcare-focused organization in Boston, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role offers flexibility with remote hours, requiring onsite presence two days per week.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of a custom cloud-based loan repayment system, ensuring all project phases are completed on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with vendors to oversee system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including IT staff and external teams, to align priorities and expectations.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using tools such as Asana, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Conduct system testing and follow-up activities to confirm proper functionality and address any identified issues.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in cloud-based solutions and integrations.
• Coordinate onsite meetings twice per week to engage with team members and monitor project progress.
• Develop and maintain detailed implementation roadmaps, outlining key milestones and responsibilities.
• Ensure the system meets HIPAA compliance standards and supports the organization's operational goals.
• Support the redistribution of funds and other financial processes within the implemented system.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and system implementation roles.
• Proven expertise in managing custom software solutions, particularly in healthcare or government organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems and application integrations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and CRM platforms like Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
• Technical aptitude in troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing software solutions.
