Located in Mansfield, MA
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Our client in Mansfield, MA is looking to a hire Pourline Production Workers! You will be part of the core manufacturing process where foam products are produced, cut, and prepared for shipment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires attention to detail to ensure consistent product quality and safe operation of equipment.
Schedule: M-F 7am - 3:30pm
Pay: $19 an hour
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain pourline production equipment.
- Inspect and handle foam materials to meet quality standards.
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading/unloading, stacking, and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
