In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and attentive experience. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, providing a friendly and attentive reception experience.
• Answer and efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document relevant information.
• Coordinate and manage written business correspondence to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and client referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong relationships and client satisfaction.
• Assist with concierge services, addressing client and visitor needs promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Proven experience in receptionist duties or front desk coordination.
• Strong proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage accurate record-keeping.
• Familiarity with concierge services is a plus.
