 About Us: Key Connections ABA Services (KCABAS) focuses on individualized care through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are committed to compassionate, client-centered treatment in collaboration with families and other providers. Job Summary: Position: Part-Time Pay: $23.00-$28.00/hour Behavior Technicians/Behavior Therapists/ABA therapists implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans developed by BCBAs. Work takes place in our center, clients' homes, and the community. Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Provide direct behavior services in individual/group sessions</li>
<li>Implement ABA and Verbal Behavior programs</li>
<li>Collect daily data on client progress</li>
<li>Collaborate with BCBA's on treatment plans</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism</li>
<li>Ensure client safety during sessions</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>1+ year experience with children/adults with autism, or a related degree</li>
<li>Reliable transportation &amp; proof of vehicle insurance</li>
</ul>
Schedule: 
<ul>
<li>Flexible; Current caseloads available--morning/afternoon/evening shifts.</li>
</ul>
