Do you enjoy bringing new equipment online, refining existing machines for better throughput, and keeping a plant reliable through disciplined preventive maintenance?
The mission
In Newington, NH, you will be a 100% onsite reliability driver, reporting to the Maintenance Area Manager. Your focus: advanced diagnostics, complex repairs and rebuilds, and continuous improvement of production machinery and building systems.
How you will make an impact
- Support installation and development of maintenance functions for newly installed or reconfigured electromechanical assets.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with production to advise and coordinate modifications that optimize performance as part of process improvement projects.
- Execute preventive maintenance that includes, but is not limited to, machine troubleshooting and condition checks.
- Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems throughout the plant and on production equipment.
- Perform PM and repairs on pneumatic controls serving building systems and production machinery.
- Carry out PM and minor repairs on plant machinery and equipment, including hydraulic systems on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment using drawings and diagnostic tools.
- Install and debug complex CNC control systems using advanced methods and internal/external diagnostic equipment and software.
- Requisition parts and materials to support timely maintenance activities.
- Interpret and work from electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic software.
- Handle general duties as assigned by management.
- Leverage the L2L maintenance program with a company-provided laptop and phone.
What you will need
- High school diploma or GED.
- Comfort with blueprints, schematics, ladder diagrams, and PLC logic concepts.
- Basic familiarity with CNC programming languages.
