First Fitness Management, a fitness industry leader in the creation of fitness and wellness solutions for corporations and institutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate part-time, Tuesday Thursday, Fitness Specialist to work at a corporate fitness center in Boston.

As a part-time Fitness Specialist:

  • Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates members to achieve their goals.
  • Create and lead a variety of group fitness classes and willing to learn new formats and specialties.
  • Opportunity to train clients and lead a variety of small group training programs.
  • Assist the Manager in operating the club and take a leadership role when the Manager is not on site.
  • Maintain positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service
  • Opportunity to create and lead health, wellness, and fitness programs and events.

We're looking for:

  • An enthusiasm and passion for life, fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
  • Experience teaching a variety of group fitness classes.
  • Personal Training certification by a FFM authorized provider.
  • Understanding of exercise prescriptions and testing.
  • A commitment to providing a positive customer and client experience by providing the highest quality of service.
  • Experience in networking, engaging and interacting with all clients, guests and members
  • Proficiency in using a computer.
  • BA/BS degree (in a fitness related field preferred).
  • CPR/AED certification
