A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) is needed to provide 1:1 nursing support for two middle school students. This contract position covers the entire school year plus an additional four weeks in the summer (July 7 July 28), working Monday through Thursday for four hours daily during the summer session. School year hours run from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM.
Location: Merrimack, NH
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized nursing care to two middle school students based on their healthcare plans.
- Monitor and manage medications, health assessments, and any medical needs during school hours.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate health records in pliance with school and healthcare regulations.
- Provide emergency care as needed and respond promptly to student health concerns.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Ability to administer medications and perform basic nursing procedures independently.
- Strong munication and organizational skills.
- Reliability and professional conduct in a school environment.
