Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located just 20 minutes outside of Boston, in Cambridge, MA. This contract position offers coverage for a maternity leave, with an anticipated start date around March 26 and an end date of June 12. There may also be an opportunity to extend into the Extended School Year (ESY) program for interested candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12, supporting their educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
- Conduct assessments and document student progress in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations to support student success.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
- Familiarity working with K-12 student populations to address diverse therapeutic needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educational teams.
- Ability to design and execute therapy programs aligned with educational standards.

Job Details:
