As a Client Service Professional, you will:
- Greet clients warmly and answer phones in a friendly, professional manner
- Pair clients with the best tax professional for their needs
- Schedule appointments based on client preferences
- Maintain a clean, organized office alongside team members
- Perform additional duties as needed
What we look for:
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service skills
Ideal candidates have:
- Sales or marketing experience
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems
- Interest in becoming a Tax Preparer or Tax Pro Assistant for career advancement
This independently owned and operated franchise office operates under an agreement with H&R Block. Hiring decisions and employment inquiries are handled directly by the franchisee.
Compensation based on experience.
