Our client is hiring multiple Machine Operators for our expanding team! We have immediate openings on all shifts. Come work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your skills will make a difference.

Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining fabrication equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts. This role ensures production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality standards.

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $23 or above based on experience, plus shift differentials

1st Shift: 7am-3pm (Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm (Monday-Friday) or 3pm-1am (Monday-Thursday)
3rd Shift: 11pm-7am (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fabrication machinery, including saws, presses, benders, and CNC equipment.
  • Load and unload materials and parts onto machines.
  • Monitor machine operation and promptly report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
  • Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Document production data and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or fabrication preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Fast-paced manufacturing floor.
  • Exposure to noise, machinery, and aluminum materials.
  • Required use of safety equipment and strict adherence to safety procedures.
