What You’ll Do:

<li>Lead and coordinate cleaning teams on post-construction sites</li>
<li>Assign tasks and monitor progress</li>
<li>Ensure safety compliance and quality control</li>
<li>Train new crew members and support team success</li>
<li>Communicate with site supervisors and resolve on-site issues</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>1–2 years of post-construction or commercial cleaning experience</li>
<li>Previous team lead or supervisory experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and dependable transportation</li>
<li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours</li>
</ul>

<li>Floor care experience (waxing, stripping, buffing)</li>
<li>Carpet cleaning</li>
<li>Window washing</li>
<li>Power washing</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese)</li>
