We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a High Energy Concept - who is interested in joining a growth minded concept to join our team! We have multiple locations in the Boston Metro area and nationally. The preferred candidate has a Senior Leadership role in a restaurant company, General Manager included. Preferred candidates have multiple years of experience with a Gaming environment (bowling, billiards, game arcades), however this is not necessary, we will train you. Candidate will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining and entertainment experience. Prior restaurant management experience needed as a base line for expanding your knowledge into managing an entertainment venue. A quarterly profit-sharing plan can add an additional 10%-20% to your annual income!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues in multiple areas
- Ensure a high quality of service standards and timely food preparation
- Train and manage service, host staff to deliver guest satisfaction
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant industry, gaming experience preferred
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to listen and lead
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in a large building
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a growth mindset
