Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Providing occupational therapy services to students in a K-12 school setting, this contract position offers the opportunity to support childrens developmental and educational goals through therapeutic interventions. The role is based in Laconia, NH, with an immediate start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students functional skills and participation in school activities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into educational programs.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input for individualized education plans (IEPs).
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy.
- Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs.

Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
