Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students with moderate to severe behavioral needs in a full-time contract position. This role is based in Pittsfield, MA, serving K-3rd grade students within the public school system. The position offers onsite or virtual supervision options to accommodate clinicians preferences, providing flexibility while ensuring professional guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students with moderate to severe needs.
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behavior changes.
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions either onsite or virtually as agreed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children, ideally K-3rd grade.
  • Ability to manage caseloads involving moderate to severe behavioral challenges.
  • Strong communication and data collection skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a school setting and adapt to varying supervisory models.

  • Full-time role located in Pittsfield, Massachusetts within the public elementary schools.
