Job Description

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position offers an opportunity to work onsite within a K-12 school setting in Cambridge, MA, specializing in an ASD program. The role requires supporting students on the autism spectrum and addressing behavioral needs to foster a positive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students with ASD
Collaborate with educators and specialists to support student progress
Monitor and document student behavior and progress regularly
Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Massachusetts license or certification as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Proven experience working with K-12 students, particularly those on the autism spectrum
School-based experience is essential
Ability to complete required background checks, including CORI and fingerprinting

Position Details:

Full-time, 32.5 hours per week
Contract duration from ASAP start through June 18, 2025
