Demma Aesthetics in Boston is just the beginning—we’re building something big. And we’re looking for a passionate, skilled, and compliance-minded Lead Nurse Practitioner to help us set the tone for all future locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert aesthetic treatments, including injectables, PDO Thread Lifts, and facial rejuvenation
- Lead by example in ensuring patient safety, informed consent, and compliance with all state and medical board regulations
- Oversee treatment protocols and contribute to continuous clinical education and training
- Collaborate with founders to shape clinical standards and prepare for expansion
- Be a visible, positive presence in our open-treatment space—uplifting clients and team members alike
Qualifications & Skills:
ONLY EXPERIENCED NP IN THE AESTHETIC FIELD WILL BE CONSIDERED.
✔ Active ARNP license in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain).
✔ Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic injectables, and skincare treatments.
✔ Formal training & certification in cosmetic injectables and dermal fillers (preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of safety protocols, HIPAA, and medical compliance.
✔ Proven ability to achieve client retention goals through exceptional customer service and outstanding treatment results.
✔ Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
✔ Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about aesthetics and continued learning.
✔Leadership experience or willingness to step into a supervisory role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
