Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist specializing in sports and orthopedic cases, located in Needham, MA. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapeutic exercises. Day-to-day activities include assessing patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients on injury prevention and home care strategies to support their recovery and enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medicine and Physical Therapy
- Experience in Rehabilitation and Patient Care
- Ability to provide Home Care instructions and strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in sports or orthopedic therapy is a plus
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR and First Aid certification
