Licensed Nurse – Full Time | 11:00 pm–7:00 am | $32.00–$51.32/hr | Worcester, MA

The Knollwood Nursing Center at The Briarwood Community is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our clinical team. This full-time position, 11 pm to 7 am, with a pay range of $32.00–$51.32 per hour, offers the opportunity to provide exceptional resident care within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards.

• Perform assessments, administer medications, and provide treatments as ordered.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team—CNAs, LPNs, physicians, therapists, and families—to support resident well-being.

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs, ensuring safety and comfort.

• Participate in shift reports, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts LPN or RN license in good standing.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred but not required.

• Commitment to resident-centered, compassionate care.
