Key Responsibilities:

• Decipher intricate drawings, applying knowledge of welding symbols.
• Perform standard setups and maintain operational settings, consulting when necessary.
• Engage with engineers to develop welding schedules.
• Ensure quality and productivity through machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Inspect using micrometers, verniers, ensuring weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.
• Implement SPC techniques for quality checks.
• Provide assistance and training to colleagues.
• Manage labor transactions via basic computer skills.

Supporting Activities

• Undertake assigned tasks as needed.
• Maintain essential records, report issues, and ensure a tidy, secure work area.
• Participate in collaborative improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to Quality and Environmental Health & Safety standards.

Requirements:

Experience: 5 years in manufacturing accounting with a strong foundation in financial analysis and inventory management.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
