Adecco Staffing is partnering with a reputable manufacturing facility in Southern NH to hire CNC Machine Setup Operators for all shifts! This is a temp-to-hire or direct-hireopportunity, depending on your level of CNC experience. The position offers competitive pay rates and the opportunity to join a growing company.
Schedules Available:

1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT available
-
2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm, OT available

3rd Shift Sunday through Thursday 11:30pm-7:00am (paid for 8), OT available
Job Summary:
Operates CNC mills and lathes, and other machines including 4th and 5th axis’, to produce components to specified dimensions and characteristics according to quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate 2 required CNC machines (Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Mori Sieki, Bridgeport, etc) to produce a diversified range of parts on short or long run work, and exacting finish specifications. Follow established procedures, verbal instructions, and information obtained from set-up cards and layout sheets (certified process or engineered cycles) to ensure parts are manufactured as ordered. Inprocess readings to ensure adherence to tolerance.

Set up machinery or equipment to perform job tasks, including adding or removing parts, to create the correct tool to manufacture the parts in accordance with the Shop Order. Use micrometers, verniers, optical comparator, microscope, and a variety of fixed and adjustable gauges to set-up equipment and check work.

Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, maintain required records, detect and report unusual conditions to assigned leader.

Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations.

Move materials, parts, and containers, as required, to complete job duties.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $29.00 per hour
