General Summary
The Associate Engineer works under the guidance of a Senior level engineer by assisting in routine engineering activities in support of the manufacturing of semiconductor products.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates data to determine improvement areas
- Set up of manufacturing areas, process flows, and applicable support software
- Manufacturing support, disposition of material, addressing production issues
- Monitors and communicates project status, business issues and significant developments as appropriate.
- Assures proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- Creates and maintains technical documentation and generation of DCN’s.
- Assists in Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) execution.
- Assists in production with equipment setup/verification.
Quailifcations
- Associate’s degree in related field required.
- A minimum of 8 years’ related experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
- Must be very organized and detail oriented.
