General Summary

The Associate Engineer works under the guidance of a Senior level engineer by assisting in routine engineering activities in support of the manufacturing of semiconductor products.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates data to determine improvement areas
  • Set up of manufacturing areas, process flows, and applicable support software
  • Manufacturing support, disposition of material, addressing production issues
  • Monitors and communicates project status, business issues and significant developments as appropriate.
  • Assures proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation and generation of DCN’s.
  • Assists in Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) execution.
  • Assists in production with equipment setup/verification.

Quailifcations

  • Associate’s degree in related field required.
  • A minimum of 8 years’ related experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry
  • Must be very organized and detail oriented.
