Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position in Massachusetts requiring a valid MA RN license and a minimum of 3 years of intensive care experience.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Position is in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) of a hospital setting
- Shifts are 5x8 hours, day shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with some shifts from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm depending on unit needs
- On-call required 1 day per week and every 8th weekend from Friday night to Monday morning
- RNs may be dismissed from the assignment if they do not pass the required EKG test
- Third party education verification required for all travelers
- Modules must be completed pre-start, during orientation, and annually as part of ongoing compliance
- Position not eligible for candidates residing within a 200-mile radius of the facility
- Requires coverage for on-call assignments as scheduled

- Active and current MA RN license required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 3 years of recent intensive care experience required
- Must pass a P/F EKG test during orientation with at least 80% (one attempt only)
- Completion of pre-start and orientation modules required
