Adecco Staffing is hiring for Mechanical Assemblers on 1st and 2nd shift! This is for a manufacturer in Peabody, MA. These are temp to perm positions.
1st shift Pay: $23-24 per hour
2nd shift pay: $25-26 per hour
1st shift schedule: Monday thru Friday 7am-330pm
2nd shift schedule: Monday thru Thursday 230pm-1am
Responsibilities

Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and other instructions

Prepare cables by stripping, tinning, and labeling

Use hand and power tools to assemble parts

Adjust and calibrate machines like drill presses and lathes

Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit

Connect cables, tubes, and wires
-
Fasten parts together using bolts and rivets

Operate automated assembling equipment

Transport or position larger parts using small cranes

Test and inspect components for quality and uniformity
Skills and knowledge
-
Ability to read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and other written instructions

Knowledge of how to use hand and power tools
-
Knowledge of how to adjust and calibrate machines
-
Knowledge of how to position, align, and adjust parts
-
Knowledge of how to connect cables, tubes, and wires
-
Knowledge of how to fasten parts together using bolts and rivets

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
