What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
This role is about setting expectations and ensuring smooth patient visits from start to finish. You will be a multitasking professional focused on patient care and office flow.

Patient Experience: Warmly welcome patients, answer questions pleasantly, and manage appointment scheduling for new and existing clients.

Phone & Communication: Answer incoming calls using your friendliest tone, take messages, and complete patient outreach (including re-engagement).

Medical & Insurance Coordination:

Accurately review, organize, and maintain patient medical charts for accuracy.

Chart insurance and patient information, handle billing, and clearly explain insurance benefits to patients.

Operations Support: Assist with inventory management, ordering, shipping, and receiving.
