Litigation Paralegal - Insurance, Labor & Employment, Construction


Boston, MA | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) $80,000–$105,000 (based on experience and location)


CST has partnered with an Am Law 100 firm to recruit a Litigation Paralegal to join its Boston team, supporting the Global Insurance Department. We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven professional with 3–5+ years of litigation experience who thrives in high-stakes environments and brings precision, empathy, and strategic thinking to every case.


Additionally, the ideal paralegal must have a collaborative mindset and readiness to support additional practice areas (Labor & Employment, Construction Law) as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with attorneys on all phases of trial prep, from discovery to courtroom logistics
  • Draft and manage legal documents including motions, contracts, and pleadings
  • Analyze medical and construction records in complex injury and defect litigation
  • Coordinate depositions, IMEs, privilege logs, and e-discovery workflows
  • Build strong relationships with clients, experts, and witnesses
  • Conduct legal research using LEXIS, Westlaw, and other databases
  • Attend trials and ensure seamless execution of exhibits, witness prep, and evidence presentation


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance or construction litigation a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • Strong command of PACER, Relativity, Adobe Acrobat, Trial Director, and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
