Per Diem Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH is hiring Per Diem Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to support our team on flexible shifts. About Us

Mount Carmel is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehab and long-term care in a warm, resident-centered environment. We’re part of Catholic Charities New Hampshire, which means stability, strong values, and a workplace that treats staff like family.

Shifts & Pay - depending on shift and experience.

• 1st Shift (7 AM – 3 PM): $21.25 – $24.77/hr.
  
• 2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM): $21.75 – $25.27/hr.
  
• 3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM): $22.75 – $26.27/hr.
  Shift differentials and per diem extra included in hourly rates
  

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents
  
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  
• Collaborate with nurses and fellow LNAs
  
• Step in confidently and keep care quality consistent
  

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18
• Must have High school graduate or GED
• Must be licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing
• Active NH LNA license
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Flexibility to pick up shifts, including weekends and holidays
