Your Role as a Dental Assistant
- Provide compassionate chairside assistance during root canals and other endodontic procedures
- Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments to OSHA standards
- Capture and process high-quality digital x-rays
- Maintain accurate treatment records and keep supplies stocked and organized
- Educate patients on post-treatment instructions and ensure comfort throughout their visit
- Contribute to the smooth daily workflow and support the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Dental Assistant certification or completion of a CODA-accredited program (preferred)
- DANB CDA, ICE, RHS certifications, and CPR certification (preferred)
- At least 1 year of dental office experience preferred (but motivated candidates eager to learn are welcome)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
