Position: IT Helpdesk Intern (Unpaid)
Commitment: Minimum 8 hours per week, 3-month duration
Reports To: IT Department
Position Summary:
The IT Helpdesk Intern will assist the district’s IT team with day-to-day technical support tasks. This position is an opportunity for college students or people trying to learn IT to gain hands-on experience in IT troubleshooting, device maintenance, and customer service in a school setting.
Responsibilities:

Assist with Chromebook repairs and basic device troubleshooting.

Support computers, printers, projector and other devices troubleshooting.

Provide first-level helpdesk support for staff only.

Perform routine maintenance and small technical tasks as assigned.

Document issues and report findings to IT staff.
Qualifications:

Interest in technology, computer systems, or IT support.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.

Ability to commit to the minimum weekly hours and internship duration.
