Now Hiring: CNC Machinist III
We’re looking for an experienced CNC professional who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and efficiency. In this role, you’ll take the lead on advanced machining operations—handling complex setups, programming, quality inspections, and machine optimization to keep production running smoothly.
Location: Onsite – Monday to Friday
Salary Range: 65,000 - $70,720/ annually +/- DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs to meet production needs (G-code/CAM knowledge required).

Operate CNC equipment with a focus on precision, speed, and consistency.

Perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure every component meets exact specifications.

Handle preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.

Work side-by-side with engineers, programmers, and production teams to refine processes and improve efficiency.

Manage tooling, offsets, and adjustments to keep parts consistent and accurate.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety guidelines.

Document production data including part counts, quality checks, and machine logs.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of CNC machining experience, with proven success on complex parts and setups.

Strong skills in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code/CAM software).

Hands-on experience across different CNC controls and machine types.

Solid troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Commitment to producing top-quality work while staying safe.

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
Education/Training

High school diploma required.

Technical certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
