Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly

Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

Ability to work consistent evening shifts

Must meet all compliance and credentialing requirements

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
