Our client, a well-established and growing medical device manufacturer located in Burlington, MA, is seeking an experienced Electrode Assembler to join their production team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a company known for producing high-quality, sterile, single-use medical products used in interventional procedures.
We are specifically looking for candidates with prior experience in electrode assembly within a cleanroom environment, who can commute reliably to the Burlington area.
Location: Burlington, MA (Candidates must live within 30-45 minutes)
Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrodes and disposable medical devices according to detailed written instructions and specifications
- Perform work under strict cleanroom protocols to maintain sterile production standards
- Use microscopes, tweezers, and precision tools to handle small components and delicate materials
- Document work accurately to maintain traceability of all manufactured components
- Conduct fine wire handling, soldering, UV curing, and basic welding techniques as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and quality control standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing setting (medical device, biotech, or similar)
- Proficiency in microscope-based and cleanroom assembly
- Hands-on experience with fine wire assembly, soldering, and related techniques strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs with or without accommodation
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute daily to Burlington, MA (within 30-45 minutes)
