We’re hiring a Computer Field Technician for hands-on hardware work involving laptops and desktops only — no software reloads or troubleshooting required. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior experience installing or swapping computer hardware.
Position Overview:

Perform hardware-only installations and repairs on laptops and desktops (no software work).

All repairs are warranty-based, and you'll be certified in Dell and Lenovo (training provided).

Certifications are 100% FREE and done online from home.

Must have prior hands-on experience with computer hardware installation and replacement.
Onboarding & Training:

2-week onboarding period:

Week 1: Complete Dell certification (must be done within 5 business days).

Week 2: Begin running Dell warranty service calls.

After Dell certification: Complete Lenovo certification (optional, but increases call volume and earnings).

Compensation:

Pay per completed call:
-
$35.00 per call
-
$5.00 gas allowance
-
Total: $40.00 flat rate per call

For service calls over 50 miles: higher rates available upon request.

Weekly pay (after the first full week of work).
Requirements:

Must have:

A reliable form of transportation.

PC Technician Standard Tool Kit

A smartphone, computer, and internet access.

The ability to log into your tech portal by 9:00 AM Monday–Friday.

Must pick up and drop off parts daily from the nearest FedEx or UPS store.

Check that all parts have arrived before scheduling your service calls.

Return used parts with prepaid labels within 24 hours of installation.
