PHARMACIST | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Taunton, MA 02780 – 100% On-site
- Payrate: $66-68.40/hr – based on shift
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Evening and Overnight Shifts as needed

- (2nd: 3 PM – 11 PM | 3rd: 11 PM – 7 AM, as needed)
PHARMACIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Pharmacist role supports evening and/or overnight operations, ensuring patients receive the right medications with expert guidance and compliance with all legal and safety standards.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately accept, verify, and dispense prescription medications.
- Monitor patient medication compliance and identify potential overuse or adverse reactions.
- Ensure all medication dispensing aligns with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain confidential and accurate patient records.
- Advise patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
- Compound and prepare sterile or non-sterile medications as needed.
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including technicians and clerks.
- Maintain inventory control and ensure adequate stock of medications and supplies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Active state pharmacist license (Massachusetts).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy preferred.
