VNA Care, is seeking a Weekend RN Clinical Manager to join our leadership team.

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.

Office: VNA Care 67 Millbrook Street, Worcester, MA

Schedule: Work remotely every other weekend:

Friday: 4P-9P

Saturday: 8A – 8P

Sunday: 8A- 8P

Monday: 8A – 12

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, licensed to practice in MA.

Experience Preferred

• Minimum 3 years clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in leadership role.
• Home care experience.
• Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts.
